Dear CryoAid Friends & Family,
It is with great sadness that we must announce the closure of our storefront location within the next 60 +/- days (final day of operation in location May 28th 5PM). Our current lease has expired, and while we have been on a month-to-month lease, we explored various alternative locations in busier areas to increase walk-in traffic. Unfortunately, the cost of securing a new lease and completing the build-out proved financially unfeasible.
Although this decision is difficult, our plan is to continue exploring new options, including the possibility of transitioning to a fully mobile service.
Each day I came into work, I had the pleasure of talking with the friends I’ve made over the years, making new ones, and hearing incredible stories from our diverse clientele. Who would have thought that just 3 minutes in subzero temperatures could lead to such meaningful connections? We’ve had the honor of meeting so many amazing people—from youth athletes across Napa and Solano counties to chefs, marketers, teachers, parents, business owners, aerial artists, police officers, firefighters, and so many others. The laughs, stories, and moments of camaraderie will truly be missed.
It’s also been a privilege to be part of the Napa business community and to support local youth and high school sports, as well as other meaningful causes.
During this transition period, we will continue to provide all services as usual.
